Carhartt Chester Stripe Short Sleeve Shirt

Cut to a loose fit from lightweight powdery coloured viscose poplin this Chester Stripe Short Sleeve Shirt from Carhartt is an easy going summer style that features an all over horizontal stripe design. The fabric has been yarn dyed for a rich finish in addition to also being garment washed for a relaxed feel from the first wear. The front is fastened by small circular buttons which lead to the convertible collar neckline and on the left side of the chest a patch pocket has been cut from the same fabric and positioned to sit in line with the rest of the design. On the left side of the pocket a woven Carhartt label has been added for subtle branding. The body and short sleeves have straight cut hems.

Arriving as part of the SS20 collection from Carhartt which includes a selection of refreshed core styles alongside new warmer weather focused designs, this shirt has a casual finish and can be layered on top of a t-shirt or vest to suit. Known for incorporating workwear influences from the company’s original Carhartt label, this season the WIP line includes hiking inspired details, as well as nature, influenced prints as a nod to the natural world which is a key element throughout the range.
