Nike Waffle Debut Shoes in Light Orewood Brown, Sail, White and Sanddrift. Seen here in a neutral colourway and as a homage to Blue Ribbon Sports favourites from the archive, the Nike Waffle Debut is a low collared silhouette that combines heritage track-and-field aesthetics with an appreciation for contemporary streetwear necessity. Styled with soft, smooth suede uppers and resilient nylon underlays, this low collared sneaker features a padded collar, a foam wedge midsole and an over extended Waffle outsole tread for enhanced all-terrain wear. Perforations across the heel provide increased ventilation to suit, whilst the exposed bartack stitching complements the oversized midfoot Swooshes as they fuse across the rear to create practical pull tab details. A recessed 5 eyelet lacing system secures the exposed foam ‘Nike’ branded tongue across the natural arch of the foot, whilst the custom insoles are mirrored by embroidered ‘Nike’ detailings sewn across each heel in honour of tradition.

Celebrating both past and present through one unique profile, the Nike Waffle Debut is an archive inspired silhouette that pays tribute to some of Bill Bowerman’s most iconic profiles. Following on from the recently released Nike Waffle One and from the brand’s influential Blue Ribbon Sports lineage, the Nike Waffle Debut is a modernised profile with a performative narrative to match.
