Patagonia Boardshort Label Funfarer Cap

Seen here in a classic tan colourway, this edition of the Patagonia Boardshort Label Funfarer Cap has a mid crown shape and has a crown, bill and back made from 7.5oz 100% organic cotton canvas. The brim is made from NetPlus, a material constructed from recycled fishing nets and on the centre front of the crown a vintage inspired label design shows a rework of the brands famous mountain range logo with a multicoloured background, two breaking waves and white ‘Patagonia’ lettering in the foreground. Within each segment of the crown colour matched eyelets encourage ventilation and on the back of the hat a flexible brown snap fastening lets you adjust the size to suit. Throughout the inside the seams have been taped to reduce chafing.

Constantly inspired by their love of nature, Patagonia has introduced a new selection of designs for SS20 which incorporate print patterns and colours inspired by the Mississippi River Basin. With the hope of raising awareness for nature residing in the area which is currently under threat from high levels of chemical pollution, materials such as recycled nylon and organic cotton support Patagonia’s decision to not add to the problem.
