Patagonia Reversible Bivy Down Vest

Seen here in a forge grey colourway, this edition of the regular fit Reversible Bivy Down Vest from Patagonia has a Pertex® 100% recycled polyester plain weave shell and a partly recycled plush pile fleece lining. For warmth, 600-fill-power 100% Recycled Down insulation runs throughout and a Western inspired shaped front yoke on the polyester layer is made from recycled nylon with a PU coating and durable water repellent finish. Suitable for layering throughout the colder months, the front is fastened by snap buttons which lead to the raised collar neckline and two large patch pockets sit on either side of the waist with slanted side entrance points with a woven label to one side on the smooth polyester side. On the plush sherpa fleece layer a shaped patch pocket with a secure zip closure has been positioned on the left side of the chest with a woven Patagonia label to one side in addition to two more pockets at the waist. For coverage and comfort when worn with a hip belt or harness, the body has a drop-tail hem.

Offering two looks in one, this versatile new season style from Patagonia has been crafted with the colder months in mind and provides plenty of warmth without unwanted bulk. Demonstrating their commitment to sustainability, recycled fabrics have been utilised for this style without jeopardising quality and style which helps to keep waste materials out of landfill by giving them a second life. Additionally, Western-style decoration and colour tones have been influenced by the sights and landscape of Kansas this season which brings attention to the Regenerative Organic agriculture initiatives that are happening in the region.
