Patagonia Stretch Wavefarer 16" Volley Shorts

Constructed from a quick-drying blend of partly recycled nylon and two-way stretch spandex with a water repellent finish, these Stretch Wavefarer 16" Volley Shorts from Patagonia have a 16” leg seam and an elasticated waistband with an external pullcord that can be adjusted to suit. The decorative Bottom Leg Stripe: Joya Blue design brings a distinctive and bright summer look to the silhouette with hints of pink and yellow alongside a vintage-inspired woven label positioned on the left leg. On either side of the front two slanted front pockets have self-draining mesh pocket bags and on the reverse another compartment has been positioned on the right side with a button closure and internal key loop, ensuring there is ample space to carry essentials without unwanted bulk. As always, conscious manufacturing processes have been considered and the chosen fabric for this design carries bluesign approval, meaning no chemicals that are harmful to factory workers, the environment or end wearer have been used.

Arriving as part of the SS20 collection from Patagonia, the selected print and colour tones on this style have been informed by the natural fauna found within the Mississippi River Basin which is a key focus for decoration this season. Super versatile and easy going, these shorts can be easily packed and stowed away during long haul trips or tucked inside a bag for days spent at the beach.
