Nike Walliwaw Woven Jacket in University Red, Midnight Navy and Sail. Fit for the seas thanks to its modern construction and a lightweight Nike Repel fabric with a smooth, premium feel that helps shake off light wind and rain, this Nike jacket has a reinterpreted archival design inspired by an original sailing anorak created in 1987 for the USA Rowing Team. With a pullover entry and zip-in adjustable hood, the exaggerated collar neckline offers protection from wind chill and holds a zip-in hood complete with its own adjuster cord that allows you to cinch in or loosen the fit to suit. On the chest a 4-snap ½ zipper closure means you can choose your level of ventilation and to the left side the iconic Nike Swoosh has been applied in sail for a stand out look. Further decoration on the right side of the chest shows large ‘1987’ chain-stitch embroidery that pays tribute to the original Nike jacket design, whilst embroidered patches on the sleeve and back panel add further retro decoration. Celebrating their rich heritage, the Nike Swoosh logo can be seen again but to a larger scale at the waist and an interior woven label honours the release of the original design. On either side of the waist zippered hand pockets offer secure storage for your nautical essentials and completing the design, the sleeve cuffs are adjustable whilst the body has a straight cut hem.

In homage to this, for the SU21 release a variety of details and decorative graphics pulled from their archive have been revised and revisited to create modern designs that offer coverage from the elements throughout the year.
