Returns & Exchanges
Always in Colour Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you can return them to us for a refund or exchange (UK customers only) within 28 days of receipt. Returned items need to be in the original condition and packaging, including swing tags and the original shoe box.
We cannot accept returns when:
- Clothes have been visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed or are smelling of aftershave or smoke etc.
- Soles of shoes are dirty and the insoles worn down or covered in fluff. Shoes should be tried on indoors, on carpet and socks should be worn.
- Shoe boxes must be unmarked and not used as the postal box.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for socks and underwear, unless faulty.
All product/s are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back at our warehouse.
Please include a completed returns form inside your returning parcel, there should have been one included with your order. If you need a new returns form please email us at email@example.com to request a new one.
Once your return has arrived back with us it will be processed within two business days of receipt and we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm completion.
We offer a free returns service with Royal Mail that you can use if you wish. Please visit this webpage to create your pre-paid returns label. If you don't have access to a printer please create the label and follow the steps in the confirmation email.
To make a return you'll need to arrange for your return shipping and pay the associated costs.
