Q. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
A. Please let our customer service team know if you'd like to cancel your order. If we haven't dispatched your order yet this won't be a problem. If you order is already in transit you can return it to us once it has arrived.
Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept payments from all major cards, such as Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. You can also pay through PayPal.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. For UK orders, you should expect delivery of your order on the next working day, as long as you ordered before 12pm. Please note that there are some areas of the UK where delivery takes two working days, for a full list of postcodes please see our shipping page.
Q. I want to return an item, what do I need to do?
A. You are able to send back your order within 28 days of receipt. Please package your order back up and include a completed returns form inside the box. You will need to arrange and pay for your return shipping.
Q. I’ve sent something back to you, when will I get a refund?
A. Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse a refund will be issued within five business days of receipt. After this the refund can take up to five working days to be credited back into your account.
Q. The item/s I purchased from you is/are faulty, what do I do now?
A. Sorry about this. Please email our customer service team with details of the fault and a couple of pictures and they will be able to advise how to proceed.
Q. Do you deliver to my country?
A. We deliver to many countries, both within the EU and outside. For a full list of the countries we ship to please see this page.
Q. Will I have to pay import charges?
A. If we're shipping your order outside of the UK you may be subject to import taxes and duties. These are set by the destination country and we have no control over these charges. If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to extra charges please check with your local import office.
