Black Friday | ROA Hiking
Embodying the space between streetwear innovation and functional footwear, ROA’s experimental attitude toward contemporary design is one that draws continued influence from the natural landscape as well as a passion for quality craftsmanship. Pairing a use of avant-garde materials with performance derived construction techniques, ROA’s growing collection of footwear and new apparel collection focuses on reimagining outdoor archetypes through a new and modernised light.
Named after the Forcella della Roa trail in Italy and founded in 2015 by creatives at Slam Jam and designer Maurizio Quaglia, ROA Hiking combines a sportswear mindset with an appreciation for mountaineering, alpine and outdoor culture. Favourite silhouettes include their CVO and Andreas shoes, with their crossover aesthetic blurring the lines between conventional sneakers and classic hiking boots. Technical apparel focuses on practicality and purpose above all else, with their Italian design narrative deeply rooted in their evolving aesthetic.
