Battenwear Field Cap in Navy Plaid. Constructed with a mid profile and unstructured silhouette, the Battenwear Field Cap is a classic headwear style that for this season has been cut from a navy plaid heavy cotton flannel fabric for a new look. Offering lightweight protection from the elements as a versatile styling option, the peak is curved and centrally above the brand’s signature mountain emblem has been embroidered in navy. For ventilation within each segment of the crown colour matched embroidered eyelets have been added and around the reverse a webbing strap with a clip buckle adjuster allows you to resize the fit to suit, complete with a woven Battenwear label to one side.

A favourite of the Battenwear design team and customers, the Field Cap is a true essential for coverage from the elements and adding extra character to year-round ensembles. Based in NYC with a satellite office in Topanga Canyon, California, Battenwear was founded in 2011 by designer and vintage enthusiast Shinya Hasegawa whose love for surf and outdoor clothing of the 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s is apparent within every seasonal release. Offering designs that Hasegawa would wear himself, Battenwear goods are practical yet stylish.
