Carhartt Commission Crewneck Sweatshirt

A new style for AW20 this ash heather Commission Crewneck Sweatshirt from Carhartt has been cut to a loose fit from a heavyweight blend of cotton and polyester with a super soft brushed finish for premium comfort. The curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim for fit retention and to allow for movement whilst below an embroidered graphic shows stylised lettering reading ‘Carhartt. Work in progress. Detroit Michigan 1889’ in reference to the original Detroit family owned Carhartt label which directly influenced the launch of the WIP line. Helping to keep the fit in place whilst on the move, the body and long sleeves are completed by wide ribbed cuffs.

Drawing inspiration from contemporary streetwear, archival military uniform designs, vintage sportswear and traditional workwear, Carhartt set up their WIP line in 1994 and it has become one of the most established brands of today thanks to an ongoing focus on construction, quality and fabric.
