Nike Air Force 1 GTX Shoes

Constructed with anthracite tone leather overlays which edge black textile inserts across the toe vamp and either side of the foot, these Nike Air Force 1 GTX Shoes are equipped with Air cushioning and have been finished with a protective water-repellent GORE-TEX treatment. Suited to wear throughout the colder months, around the front edge of the shoe a subtle camouflage style pattern adds character whilst elongated Swoosh tick emblems sit on either side of the foot, with tips that extend around the back of the heel. Helping to keep the foot firmly in place when active, the colour matched lace up fastening sits on top of a lightly padded tongue which has been constructed from durable ripstop and adorned with contrasting white branding. Throughout the inside of the shoe a soft fabric lining enhances comfort further alongside a foam midsole and Air cushioning within the heel. Providing reliable traction for wear across a variety of terrains, the outsole features a grip-focused tread pattern.

Originally designed by Bruce Kilgore for basketball, the Nike Air Force 1 made history during its introduction in 1982 as the first shoe to feature an air pocket within the heel, designed to provide a noticeably high level of cushioning and support. The model lives on during modern day with contemporary updates, colourways and finishes that demonstrate the universal appeal of the silhouette and its impact upon fashion and footwear history, with HO20 styles incorporating inspiration from practical hiking designs.
