Oliver Spencer Clerkenwell Tab Shirt

Refreshed for the new season with a Kildale Indigo Light fabric treatment, this Clerkenwell Tab Shirt from Oliver Spencer is made from lightweight cotton which has a textural weave and will lighten over time due to the specialist indigo dye process. Cut to a regular fit, the front is fastened by small pearlescent buttons with the bottom button hole stitched in red which lead to a pointed collar neckline that you can either leave relaxed or fastened fully using a fabric tab. The shoulder seams have been brought forward and a shoulder placket can be seen on the reverse. The long sleeves have long plackets so you can roll the fabric to suit with a subtle pleat detail to one side and a slim single button cuff below. White cotton inserts can be found on either side of the curved body hem and a small woven label with natural coordinates sits on the inner edge of the front placket.

For SS20 Oliver Spencer has looked to Wong Kar-wai’s 2000 movie In The Mood For Love to inspire silhouettes, colours and textures which portray the mood of Hong Kong’s night markets.
