Patagonia Retro-X Bomber Jacket - Wren Gold
Seen here in a rich wren gold colourway, this Retro-X Bomber Jacket from Patagonia has been cut to a regular fit with contrasting charcoal coloured rib-knit trims. The main body sits at hip length and is made from textural ¼” pile sherpa fleece which is 70% recycled. A recycled polyester plain weave lining runs throughout, treated with a durable water repellent finish. A full length zip fastens the front and leads to a ribbed neckline, whilst a contrasting shaped pocket has been added onto the left side of the chest with a vertical zip closure and a rectangular woven logo label alongside. On either side of the waist two additional pockets are also available, both with secure zip closures. Flexible ribbed trims complete the long sleeves and body for a secure but comfortable fit.
Continuing to put post consumer soda bottles to good use, Patagonia have introduced this new retro outerwear style for autumn/winter ‘19 using a partly recycled polyester sherpa fleece. First introduced in 1993, Patagonia was one of the first outdoor clothing manufacturers to use an alternative polyester made from waste plastic and continues to lead the way when it comes to new technologies and materials that reduce environmental impact.
