Patagonia Torrentshell 3L Pullover Jacket

New for spring this black Patagonia Torrentshell 3L Pullover Jacket has been designed to stand up to the elements with a waterproof and breathable H2No® Performance Standard shell that differs in tone across the lower half of the body. A combination of a 3.3-oz 50-denier ECONYL® 100% recycled nylon ripstop face, polycarbonate PU membrane with 13% bio-based content, a tricot backer and a durable water repellent finish provides all day comfort and long-lasting waterproof durability whilst also sitting comfortably against the skin. A chest-deep centre front zipper fastens the front, allowing for ventilation when needed, and leads to the microfleece-lined neck and attached hood which has a laminated roll down visor and can be stowed away with a simplified cord and hook design. On the left side of the chest the famous Patagonia mountain range logo can be seen across a small woven label and below the chest fastening a zip secured compartment is available for storing essential items. Helping to seal out precipitation, the body hem has an adjustable drawcord and both sleeves have elasticated cuffs. When not in use this jacket packs away into itself using the front torso pocket and can be carried using a carabiner clip-in loop.

Since being founded in 1973 by keen fly fisher, climber and surfer Yvon Chouinard Patagonia has been working hard to create new outdoor clothing and hardware in a conscious way with attention to quality and fabric to ensure they stand the test of time. For SS20 inspiration has been taken from the Mississippi River Basin to inform print and colour selections which Patagonia hope will also raise awareness for the rich fauna found in the area which is currently under threat from high levels of pollution.
