Patagonia Womens Baggies Shorts

Made for the summer both in and out of the pool, the Patagonia Women's Baggies Shorts are made from lightweight recycled nylon that has been treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to beat off summer showers and improve drying times. The elasticated waistband has a brushed lining for comfort while its internal drawstring allows for an adjustable fit. The slanted hand pockets that sit at either side-seam have a mesh lining perfect for quick draining times and streamlined movement in the water. The backdrop to the shorts is navy blue and decorated in an allover print of parrots with varying accents of teal, orange and cream. The shorts are finished with a classically woven Patagonia label on the left leg.

Created using 100% recycled nylon, something developed by Patagonia’s inhouse chemists five years ago in an effort to provide sustainability across all of their products. This has paved the way for a growing environmental consciousness amongst many brands, as well as lessening social impacts through Fair-Trade sewing practises.
