ROA Chelsea Boots in Black. Styled with calf leather and rubber uppers, these ROA Chelsea boots are designed as a contemporary take on a footwear classic. Made in Italy with a deep lug Vibram® rubber outsole and reinforced rubber foxing overlays, these black Chelsea boots also feature elasticated side panels and signature ROA buckle clasp closures. Finished with printed forefoot branding, woven heel pulls and with a reinforced leather brace across each heel.
