Styled with a waterproof 10oz vinyl tarp liner, a velcro attachment system that fixes to the top and seat tube and with external daisy chain webbing for added function, this heavy duty bag is finished with a bright yellow ‘Topo Designs’ brand patch sewn across one of the sides.
