Universal Works Uniform Shirt

This black edition of the Universal Works Uniform Shirt has been cut to boxy hip-length fit with straight cut hems for a refined finish across a silhouette that can be worn for a variety of occasions. Brown tone circular buttons fasten the front and lead to a smart pointed collar neckline whilst a selection of patch pockets have been added onto the front storage of everyday essentials. On the left side of the chest an elongated rectangular pocket has been split into two compartments and below two larger pockets sit at the waist with side entrance points which add a unique touch. Both sleeves have single button cuffs with long plackets above that allow the fabric to be rolled to suit.

Founded by David Keyte and based in Nottingham, Universal Works are a contemporary menswear company inspired by Keyte’s extensive experience within the fashion industry, his upbringing in the Midlands during the 1970’s and the style of his family during that time. With a focus on creating thoughtful silhouettes that evolve each season using luxurious fabrics ranging from wool to technical blends, 2019 marks the tenth anniversary of the brand.
