Carhartt Flint Shorts

Introduced for SS21 these dollar green Flint Shorts from Carhartt are made from rinsed 100% cotton ‘Ford’ corduroy with a textural 15 wales design. Cut to a regular tapered fit, these shorts are suited to casual everyday wear and feature utilitarian details such as two slanted entrance side pockets on the front, a tool compartment on the right thigh and two shaped patch pockets on the reverse. For comfort and flexibility the waistband is elasticated with a drawcord adjuster and a false zippered fly detail has been stitched centally below. Signature branding has been added through a square woven label on the reverse that shows the famous Carhartt ‘C’ emblem above stylised lettering. The legs have straight cut hems.

Carrying roots within heavy duty workwear production, the WIP line from Carhartt was introduced in 1994 through the original family owned company and looks to sportswear, streetwear, fashion and workwear for constant inspiration. SS21 sees a fresh colour palette used to invigorate key styles whilst new additions look to the warmer months for influence with lightweight fabrics and versatile cuts that suit wear during city exploration, time spent by the coast and travel.
